Slack notifications got a serious upgrade this cycle, making pushing alerts to your Sales team easier and more valuable than ever. See what’s new below:
- Session Grouping:
- All activity in a session is now summarized, providing a clear overview of a visitor’s journey and engagement time.
- Alert Categories:
- New Prospect: Visitor's company isn't in your CRM.
- Prospect Activity: Visitor is part of an existing CRM account.
- Deal Activity: Visitor is associated with a CRM account and deal.
- Enrichment:
- Direct links to CRM objects (account, contact, deal) where relevant.
- Display of deal value and close date (when available).
- Links to the prospect's website and contact info (name, email, phone) when available.
- New Prospect Enrichment: Company size, location, website, LinkedIn, and annual revenue.
- Improved Experience:
- Mentioning account or deal owners dynamically.
