Slack notifications got a serious upgrade this cycle, making pushing alerts to your Sales team easier and more valuable than ever. See what’s new below:

  1. Session Grouping:
    1. All activity in a session is now summarized, providing a clear overview of a visitor’s journey and engagement time.
  2. Alert Categories:
    1. New Prospect: Visitor's company isn't in your CRM.
    2. Prospect Activity: Visitor is part of an existing CRM account.
    3. Deal Activity: Visitor is associated with a CRM account and deal.
  3. Enrichment:
    1. Direct links to CRM objects (account, contact, deal) where relevant.
    2. Display of deal value and close date (when available).
    3. Links to the prospect's website and contact info (name, email, phone) when available.
    4. New Prospect Enrichment: Company size, location, website, LinkedIn, and annual revenue.
  4. Improved Experience:
    1. Mentioning account or deal owners dynamically.
    2. Clear indication of matched vs. new audiences.
    3. Search and select Slack channels when creating alerts.
    4. Select multiple channels and direct message users when setting alerts.
