We’re hiring a founders associate CEO to operate at the center of it all.

The role

This is not a strategy role.

This is not a support role.

This is a “figure it out and make it happen” role.

You’ll work directly with the CEO (Yann) across every critical function: hiring, GTM, finance, ops, and revenue.

Your core missions

1. Hiring (your #1 priority)

• Own hiring end-to-end:
  • sourcing A+ candidates
  • running processes
  • closing top talent
• Build a high-bar recruiting engine
• Ensure we never compromise on talent
