You have now built a tailor-made experience for a specific audience segment, congrats ๐. While this personalization will surely increase your CTR (and you can check the uplift % in your journey dashboard) not all visitors will visit on your CTA.
But persistence pays off! Userled enables you to retarget the visitors that havenโt clicked on your CTA but return to your website with other personalized experiences to increase the chance of converting them.
To build a new experience for returning visitors, click on the Add experience tab and start building. Userled will automatically show that experience to all visitors that returned to the website more than 24 hours after dismissing the first experience.
You can design as many recapture experiences as you want to iteratively target visitors that didnโt click on the previous experiences. However, make sure to use experiences to provide additional value, or the visitors may perceive your attempts at converting them as being too insistent.
To delete any of the recapturing experiences, just hover on them and click on the Delete button
